Offering hands on support, comfort, encouragement, and guidance for a joyful birth journey experience for both the birthing parent and their chosen birthing partner.
Birth Doula - $700*
- One complimentary, no obligation, meet and greet
- Upon the decision to work together, two to three prenatal visits for us to get to know each other and to discuss your birth preferences and practice some comfort measures. During these visits we will work together to develop your labour wishes which will be given to your medical professional
- Unlimited online support (pregnancy, birth and postpartum related information)
- Arrange for a backup doula to be on call should I not available due to illness or unexpected emergency.
- 24/7 on-call support two weeks prior to your expected due date and until your baby is born
- Continuous physical and emotional support for you and your partner during the birth and 1-2 hours after
- One or two postpartum follow-up visits

Postpartum Doula Support
Offering support for the new parent and family as they welcome the baby into their home. This support offered varies depending on the families needs.
Postpartum - $30/hour *
- One complimentary, no obligation, prenatal meet and greet
- One or two prenatal visits for us to get to know each other and to discuss your hopes, expectations, and needs
- Emotional and physical support for the birthing individual and their family
- Newborn care and infant feeding support (Breast/chest feeding and bottle feeding)
- Sibling care and encouragement
- Sleep support
- Preparation of nourishing meal
- Awareness and support for postpartum mood disorders
- Evidence-based education and resources
- Community resources and referrals
- Light household tasks (e.g., dishes, laundry) as time permits
- Daytime and overnight support options available
- Ongoing phone, text, and email support during our time together and, as required for three months after
