Postpartum Doula Support

Offering support for the new parent and family as they welcome the baby into their home. This support offered varies depending on the families needs. 

 Postpartum - $30/hour *  

• One complimentary, no obligation, prenatal meet and greet
• One or two prenatal visits for us to get to know each other and to discuss your hopes, expectations, and needs
• Emotional and physical support for the birthing individual and their family
• Newborn care and infant feeding support (Breast/chest feeding and bottle feeding)
• Sibling care and encouragement
• Sleep support
• Preparation of nourishing meal 
• Awareness and support for postpartum mood disorders
• Evidence-based education and resources
• Community resources and referrals
• Light household tasks (e.g., dishes, laundry) as time permits
• Daytime and overnight support options available
• Ongoing phone, text, and email support during our time together and, as required for three months after
